Ms. Balch is an experienced telemedicine professional with over 19 years’ experience in telemedicine implementation, operations, and training.  Lori Balch is the former Director of Training for Guardian 24/7, a private company serving “presidential medicine” to high net-worth individuals and families. Lori was responsible for creating telemedicine certification programs for Guardian’s ReadyRoom technologies that may include videoconferencing systems, medical devices, COTS technologies and proprietary software and systems.
