Vesalius is interested in a return on equity after a reasonable time – three to four years after seed investment. The goal is sustainable growth and/or an IPO (initial public offering) or acquisition.

What type of investment does Vesalius do?

Vesalius primarily engages in early-seed investment, with support to the second-stage financing as indicated.

How does Vesalius handle investments?

Vesalius does not make the investment. The partners decide -- either individually or as a syndicate – on which businesses to finance and perform the actual investment. Investments are usually done as Series A Preferred Shares.
