Marsha G. Lamb, MS

Vice President of Strategic Initiatives

Marsha Lamb is an accomplished professional in the field of high performance systems and solutions with special expertise in teaching and learning, including policy and strategic planning, organizational leadership, change mastery and knowledge management.  With extensive experience in the development and nurturing of both for-profit and non-profit relationships and the forging of organizational teams, Marsha has served as a leader and as a director in education, business and government initiatives. 

Ms. Lamb served as President and CEO, NPower  ARIZONA , where she lead the non-profit organization providing Information and Communications Technology services to other non-profits in the Southwest, mainly in Arizona.  She was responsible for overall operations and management, budgeting, strategic planning, fund-raising, development of solution provider partnerships, training and professional development.

At Open Virtual Education Space in Sheffield, MA, she was President of the non-profit consortium dedicated to research and development of advanced learning solutions and distribution of these systems to the extended worldwide education community. In addition, Marsha was Vice President of Marketing at RSMART, Inc. and  a member of the executive management team of this Oracle sponsored educational software company.  Her leadership responsibilities included business development, branding and image management, creative design of multi-media deliverables, building strategic alliances with IT and academic clients, product launch, budget projections and quality assurance. In addition, she was a consultant to the Cisco Learning Institute where she worked on e-learning, best practices in math and science instruction, teacher professional development, organizational culture in schools, integration of information systems and strategic economic development for worldwide education.

Most recently her work has been concentrated in the field of health care, serving for a year as Executive Director of the American Institute of Minimally Invasive Surgery, and currently as Vice President for Strategic Initiatives at LifeBot, a medical device company providing telemedicine solutions.

She holds a BS Educational Psychology from State University of New York, MS Systems Management from University of Southern California and has completed Doctoral coursework in Instructional Technology at George Washington University.
